If some one wants above entry pay as an entry hire, that is a major red flag that they can't live up to it.

Out of 20 employees I had 1 that fit that description, I almost went bankrupt trying to keep him here during the housing crash years. I held on to him for 2 years then finally had to lay him off.
I paid him VERY well and took very good care of him, because he had my back.
The other 19? They are the reason I will never have a large company again.
