Nationally it's different, (without migrants there would/will be a huge problem) but to each business it's simply 'pay'.

Total time I've been unemployed since high school is less than a month, and I figure that working for minimum wage would be better than not working at all.
Maybe my viewpoint on this subject is a bit skewed and not typical.
