Yup. I am a native of Fort Collins. The Front Range is basically one city now from Wellington to Castle Rock. Monument hill prevents it from being Wellington to Pueblo but they'll probably find a way soon to build over that as well. The growth has been great for my business and I guess it's bound to be like that anywhere that is nice to live nowdays. Cost is high, the average track home is over $400K around here now, but I guess that depends where you are comparing it to. Still a great place to live compared to many other areas in the country, but it's definitely far from being the "best kept secret in the US" that it was for many decades.
