Opinions about new tinting - it's peeling on back window

I just had my windows tinted about 3 weeks ago and when I was washing the outside of the car I noticed that the rear window is peeling at the top right corner. I'm going to bring the car back and get this fixed.

My question is: When they repair this, should they be peeling off the entire window and starting over or will they want to just fix the part that is peeling off. The section is the top right edge of the rear window (1" x 6") on my Cayman.

If they are going to peel off the whole thing and start over (my preference), I would like to go one shade darker but I'm afraid they will think I peeled it myself so that I could change the darkness.

Any opinions? The tinting was done at US Tint and comes with a lifetime warrantee. I went with 50% & Ceramic.

You can see in the photo below that I went with the lightest tint possible all the way around but some people have commented that I should have gone darker on the rear window and I'm starting to agree.
