Excessive noise and vibration will cause any "street car" to eventually be a garage queen.
Those doors will rattle and vibrate like a tin can. You'll regret it.
Plus the doors are in the middle of the car. While removing overall weight will help on acceleration and deceleration. It's more important to remove the weight from the ends of the car. The car rotates around the center and the weight in the middle has less affect than the weight past the tires when trying to change directions.
