About 12 yrs ago when I lived in Santa Monica, right down the road from me there was a small place on Lincoln Blvd in Venice/Marina Del Rey that was renting an 80s 928. That was a 20 year old car at the time. Always thought that it would be cool to try it out for the day.

I agree with others that it would be difficult to find a place that rents air cooled cars. As an owner, could you imagine how many 915s you’d be replacing with ham fisted renters.
