He was questioning whether he actually wanted to be working on large heavy machinery all of his life. I told him to finish his degree, and get all his ASE certifications, and he will be able to pick and choose his career path, and not be stuck working on semi truck air brakes.
He earned some of his ASEs going to Millstream Career center for half days in high school free of charge (this saved him about $7000 at UNOH).
