Have you been driving the car as is to get a SMOG check every two years and they just don't know it's had a swap? Did you put all the emissions from the 95 onto the car?
Not trying to be a D**k, but I find it hard to believe you didn't know the swap is not legal without BAR approval.
As for the chassis miles that is irrelevant on a Hot Rod build. Engine miles and transmission miles are what I would want to know.
The car looks great! You should do well. I agree with the $60-80k
