I'm a big fan of these:

Plastic tooth picks with a small stiff brush on one end. Got hooked on em and gotta have em around.

I'm with sammyg2 on these. Been using them for years and am addicted to using them after I eat anything. The "Doctor's" brand seems to be the best. Also being older, I felt like my mouth would dry out during the nights and days. So I started using Biotene brand mouth wash mornings and nights. Supposed to hydrate your mouth, and I've had positive results in terms of how my mouth feels & my breath has freshened up so as to not make me feel I'm offending too many people. I get the big bottles from Costco behind the pharmacy counter for two bucks less than at Walmart.
