It grosses most people out. Great conversation piece at bars. Most after seeing the protrusion under my shirt want to see it without my shirt, so I will pull the clshirt collar down. They are either immediately grossed out or want to touch it, then get grossed out. I would prefer to have a normal shoulder, but I am used to it now.
