I don't like that repair. It is clever and well designed, but there is no soft tissue between the button the outside. You can countersink a screw, that thing sits on the surface. Button on the bottom of the coracoid process does not present a problem. You need the button so it does not pull through though. I wonder how much tension would really be on it, in day to day activity.
