I spent all morning getting drenched.... checking on things after/during torrential rains. Neighboring property owner put up a fence (been there for years), but for some reason decided to try to REALLY reinforce a portion across a small drainage ditch...usually dry, but can become a small river....and if blocked, a lake

I cut out a few lower pieces of chicken wire, and pulled out two metal posts in the middle of the ditch during heavy rain this morning and after overnight downpours...damn glad I went and checked on things...
Where is this going....danged if I know
