I had to take an Uber home yesterday after dropping off my truck for tranny work. When I got in the car it smelled strongly of weed, and not like a stoner passenger just got out. It was a strong fresh smoke.

I confronted her gently and said "You should let the car air out a little better before picking up a passenger, or better yet...wait until you're off service". She got a little paranoid and denied it at first, but then said defiantly that "its legal now". She drove fine and seemed like a nice person, so I brushed it off and didn't report her.

Would you guys report the incident to Uber? I guess I'd rather have a stoned driver than a drunk one, or one taking Vicadin.
