Craig - I wouldn't report to Uber. What you might have done, IMHO, is have a brief conversation with her sharing your concern. Especially if she were younger than you - it could have been a mentoring moment passing along some wisdom.

Doesn't mean anything would change but I like the concept that she would hear from a fellow human being concern for her well being (as well as other human beings) - rather than from her employer - which has a different tone all together.
