A buddy has a "Polex" watch. The little leg fell off the P (it was a R). He bought it from a street vendor in Vegas. I think he paid $20 for it. He says it keeps excellent time.
If I remember correctly you can import fake goods for personal use. When I say that I mean you can have one watch or bag from a designer. If you have more than that they take them away at the border.
