Wow. Yeah, I honk, but 99.9% of the time it's a quick toot to wake up the guy that's screwing with his cell phone when the light turns green. I've been in line 3-4 cars back. The light turns, the first numbnut is not paying attention, and the second numbnut is too polite to do anything. The entire green light plays out and then when the light turns yellow, the first guy realizes and takes off running the amber and leaving the entire line to sit for a whole new round of lights.

Nope, I've got a horn, and I use it. I can usually see if the person in front of me is distracted and that's when they get the toot. It's rarely in anger, but it has happened. Actually, just about 1-2 weeks back, someone was running a stop sign and nearly hit me head on. They got a nice long honk, but it worked and they stopped.
