That appears to be some very wishful thinking. There’s nearly a dozen of these on eBay right now, all appear to be new flips, and none of them anywhere close to this price. They range from about 300-400k, with the lowest current offering at 309.9k or best offer.
There’s one up for auction at Mecum Monterey with a higher build sheet and a much lower estimate than this asking price. And I doubt that one will get bid up into its estimated range with all of the stale inventory out there that can be bought for less $$$.

What a windfall these were to the early delivered buyers that got out right away, as they’ve been leaking value ever since. Those holding out haven’t done so well, as Porsche continues to offer limited edition models that take some of the luster off the previous ultra limited halo model that everyone pined over. It’s a fickle market that’s for sure, as you can buy a trifecta of these now for about the same $$$ where the first flips were offered at, or to look at it another way...buy one and get two free. Lol. I wonder how many actually traded hands at the top, as that would really hurt to be a buyer at those grossly inflated levels, and watch it come crashing down on you.
