Bid today seems to be holding steadfast at $300k, nobody willing to pay more and sellers (at least publically) not capitulating. Id bet there's been more than a few that traded sub-$300k that aren't even whispered about to preserve sellers ego.
I'm actually surprised one is scheduled to roll across the auction block. Given the bloodbath to current value each time an R sells at auction I thought it was an unspoken agreement amongst owners to avoid at all costs (last one I know of was Feb). $100 its a no sale at Mecum; any takers?
