To anyone interested. Cap and rotor did the trick! Iīve had a few weeks of pizza, pasta and red wine. When I got back the new cap and rotor was waiting for me. Quick install and a 30 min test drive. Nothing but the noises we love
On a sidenote. The old an new rotor is the Bosch one with a 6500 rpm rev limiter. On my last drive with the old rotor, the rev limiter kicked inn around 5800 rpmīs. Could also be a hint of a much needed rotor replacement...?
