In a related boneheaded event, I managed to super glue 3 fingers (two on the left hand, and one one the right) to a plastic part I was repairing yesterday. If it had been only one hand that was stuck it would have been manageable by myself and none would be the wiser, however this incident required the assistance of Mrs Brainz and some acetone. Although there was ultimately no damage to anything other than my ego, she was understandably not impressed.
Not sure what the difference was, perhaps the air or my skin was extra moist yesterday, but that superglue was way more responsive than usual. I usually cant get the stuff to cure without some extra activator. Should have been wearing gloves regardless....

BTDT in the past. Now anytime I use superglue, I put on some disposable gloves. That stuff is like antiseize, you will get it on places you never intended.
