As manny have said, Seattle is a parking lot with no parking. As you move over to the east side, Carnation ( I live there), things loosen up quite a bit and the side roads are a hoot. One of our local exotic dealerships take their future clients out to get the feel of the cars on the roads near my home. I would uber in and out of Seattle and start the rental experience once you get on the east side of the lake and drop it off before you have to back into the city.
