Never been to the event but I was in Detroit during the Woodard weekend. My son and I stayed at a hotel in Dearborn: I could see the Ford campus. There were so many Mustangs where we stayed. Ford opened their test track facilities to a limited number of owners. I'm no Mustang guy but I was impressed with the variety. The following day, my son and I went to the abandoned Packard plant to go urban exploring. There were a number of Packard owners attending the cruise and took pictures of their cars in front of the factory. There were several guys driving cars that were my age(over 60) who were retired auto workers, came just to marvel at the size of the plant. My company is also a sponsor. It's a big deal.

Next time, I would like to a participant.
