Yea, I did not have to fill out three pages of information about myself and the company. Just insane for the small bit we buy. I can see if we were buying several 55 gallon drums of the stuff or the even bigger containers they sell. We don't need that much. It would be great to need that much, but we are a long long way from that.
The folks at the counter said the only accounts they can open are for full credit accounts. So I wrote a simple letter to the head office. The bean counters up there understood our needs.
