I spent a lot of time in that area getting a UAS services business started. I loved it.
I rented Jeeps mostly and would take Forest Service Roads all over the area from Leavenworth through Plain to Telma and beyond.
NF-6700 was a favorite of mine from Lake Wenatchee around Mt. Howard to Rte 2.
I really fell for the area, especially the eastern side of the passes.
I ran thousands of miles on ranch road all over the State. Hope to be back soon!
I liked to fly out of Spokane when it made sense. I'd stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Spokane City Center next to the Spokane River.
