Anyone else have experience with the Pioneer DEH-80PRS? I like the fact that as Tremelune mentioned, the display dims/powers off after a few seconds. Is there a way to configure the display so that it doesn't use any kind of animation and just displays the information? Anyone have pics of the unit installed in one of our cars?

A worthy mention is the Pioneer DEH-80PRS. It is one of the best head units ever made, and it has an important, rare feature: After a few seconds, every single light on it turns off. At night, when most head units are at their most obnoxious, this one is black. In the day, it's a bit shiny, but in its low position in an old 911...I don't notice it anymore.
