Fumoto has recently added new models which should fit a lot of Porsche models, including Cayenne.
There are lower profile models, short nipple models (for attaching a drain hose) etc. and adapters that plug into the end of the valve to attach a drain hose to, including straight and right angle adapters. The hoses,adapters,etc. are amazingly inexpensive,like a dollar or two and the valves now come with a clip that secures the valve lever.
I have a 1994 Mazda MX-6 LS that I bought new and installed a Fumoto drain valve on when it was new and have used it to easily change the oil since 1994. SAME valve...never any problems and always works. And that’s after 24 years and a lot of oil changes. I just stick a hose on and drain it into a gallon container (empty washer fluid container, plastic juice bottle,etc.).
Get one for your Porsche and you will no longer need to take out drain plugs or replace the washers-VERY highly recommended if you change your oil yourself. They only cost about $25...best $25 I ever spent for car stuff.
