get the clay cat litter and put on it.
then grind it in. sometimes I just stand on it and "do the twist" hope no one is watching.
I also have a board I can use to grind it in.
once done there is an acid you can put on it but I would only do that once the leak is fixed or you are going to paint the concrete.
