Well here is what I'd do. Immediately on startup after Windows opens, right-click on the task bar and select Task Manager. If it asks for permission to make mods, say yes.. Next select "processes" and what that until the little bastards popup. There should be a new process just started. Right click on it and then see where it is loading from. Last of all shut down, restart in Safe Mode and delete that sub directory. Good luck
