The big grey area is why the car hasn't sold yet. Buyers get weird about cars with any title issues. If you're going to hold for 10 years, who cares? I don't think the car will be as fluid as you'd like if you need to make a quick sale without getting a haircut.
In the future - Nobody cares about title issues or mileage discrepancies on 356 or longhood cars. And the euro market doesn't care about title issues once the car hits a certain age and gets cheap to import.
..Without the title whosits the ad would fit in the "ostensibly high quality seller" thread.
