Sounds interesting. I’ll give it a try later in the fall. I’ve tried ersatz recipes in the past. The one secret every recipe misses is grinding the beef very fine. I had the best success with getting the right consistentcy by frying it and then whacking it in a food processor.
They sell frozen Skyline around here. I’ll try some, and if it’s like the real thing I can hook you up.
