As a business owner I have used multiple attorneys. I used a mergers and acquisitions specialist when creating my business. I have consulted with product liability specialist several times over the years. I do have a general business attorney on retainer, just like I have a CPA. Maybe some people don’t have them or use them but I do. To each their own.
