That is an egregious amount of rust for a car to be advertised as "rust free". This strongly suggests that RMC knowingly misrepresented the car. Regardless of the fracas that is ensuing with the buyer and the debate about who said what when, this is a glaring red flag that RMC is not to be trusted.
I'm glad I listened to the warnings when I was considering buying a car from there a few weeks ago.
