Those are solid machines. Size and weight are both over the top but if someone wanted to try their hand at tig these machines are an economic entry. Dont send it to scrap! someone would be happy to get their hands on it, only exception is if its 3ph.
edit, a manual for it would still be on the web and likely still on millers site. Also, make certain the foot control stays with the machine, so often they go missing.
