Down here in the panhandle there is little capacity for more water without flooding. Most of the watersheds are full and flowing strongly toward the coasts. So bays and estuaries are close to flooding already.

Just a little rise of the tide, serge, or more rain and flooding will be happening.

From what others are reporting its like this in lots of areas.

What a contrast to my recent years in Az. They are praying for just a little of this water. And at this point, they are welcome to it.
