BTW take note in two weeks the Nascar race at Charlotte will be run on the road course, which means infield and oval (a bit of both), and shouldn't be missed. Finally a road course at an oval track. The good ole boys will love it (maybe)
I've been hoping for years that they should run the infield road course at Daytona for the July 400 instead of a second race on the oval. One Daytona 500 a year is enough.

This upcoming Roval race as they are calling it should be very interesting to watch.
What a challenge in setting up the cars to race on both the oval track and the road course in the same race.
The drivers have made a lot of effort in becoming good on the road courses in recent years. But the engineers have never had to deal with this combined sort of course before. This first race will be fun to watch.
