I'd like you to look up the actual statistics.
Don't take the word of some guy posting on the internet, or the latest bubble-head with a microphone on the news. Please look up the statistics of gun crimes over the last several years. Quite revealing.
If one lives in an urban area, they tend to associate guns with crime.
Those in rural areas use them as just another tool. This one protects their livestock from predators, and puts dinner on the table.
