I also love any second day pasta (good thing because a old school Italian restaurant will bring you an order for one the will feed 3-4 people)
I also had Chinese leftovers for lunch and noted how well it tasted the day after.

I'm a bit of a pizza snob... all components must work together... toppings, cheese, sauce , all okay day after... the crust, not so much
