When I pay premium price for a product I expect great customer service.
As in you get better service at a Hilton than at a motel 6.
I will say my wife gets good support for her iPhone she switched to about a year ago, I'm am android guy and know nothing about the iPhone so I am no longer her tech support... and I'm okay with that.
Samsung/T-Mobile service has been good, I'm pretty happy with them.
However my next computer may be an Apple seeing a Microsoft now wants you to 'rent' their software.
