My wife and I are headed out next summer to find a place to buy. The farm is paid for and we could use the tax break frankly.
Quick Sea Story (I may have related this before):
We had a meeting with one of the Public Utility Districts to bid a power line project with UAS when we were getting started.
We were meeting in Ephrata. I got there early and pulled into one of those parking lot drive through coffee places. I get to the window and the two women working the place, one probably 40 the other a few years younger, were exceptionally beautiful. Stunning in the best possible way.
They were also funny and engaging. I thought it was an episode of Punked.
I have driven Eastern Washington many times to very rural areas. I'm in.
