I have used Griots Garage products for quite some time.
Good stuff, works well.
Their polishers always seemed a little cheesy, though. No offense - but I hear my friends needing to change brushes frequently. I do hear that Griots replaces brushes frequently at no charge.
When I decided to buy a polisher - I went with a Torq from Chemical Guys. Nice price, feels solid. Works well. I’m a couple years out of warranty - and the unit goes funky on me (turns out the sensor for speed control failed).
After multiple iterations attempting to fix with parts from them, they said to send it in and they will install the new parts. Long story short (sorry), they are sending me a new one.
Persistence pays off.
Note: I have found that amazon is a better retailer for Chemical Guys products because delivery is faster and usually at no cost shipping.
