I have one, Fred. Pretty mandatory if you live on the barrier island.
Mine is located on the south side of the house inside a fenced in courtyard accessible through either the inside master bedroom patio door or from the outside through the gate in my fencing.
The shower area is partially enclosed as well with a sitting area and decking to stand on. All p/t wood.
Not a great pic but you can see how private it is - that Allamanda vine is usually cut back further but sometimes I just let her ramble to enjoy the blooms.....
