A friend of mine worked as the Park Ranger in the late 1970s at a state park called Lone Wolf. It is very remote, and primitive. His state provided residence had no electricity. It had indoor plumbing if you consider a hand operated pump in the kitchen indoor plumbing. He had to use an outhouse and take a shower outdoors in a rig like yours. All his hippy friends thought it would be great to live that way. He invited a few to come spend some time with him. No one stayed more than a few days before giving up and going back to civilization, mostly electricity and real plumbing.
