What is the main reason for getting SSIs? They don't rust! What do you see on the surface of the pipes in your picture? I'll give you a hint: 914s are known for this phenomenon....
The "good" metal on the exchanger/wrapping part is also not the right color for the SSIs that I've seen.
I'll agree with skline, though. They're in very good shape; worth keeping!
