Whew, we got to fly in mostly clear skies today. It was great.
I use Kendall oil in both the El Camino and the 911. It was called Brad Benn for years. The name changed but it is still green. Both vehicles have solid lifters. The higher ZDPP or molybdenum and stuff is in there to help with old solid lifter engines.
20-50 for the 911 and 10-30 for the Elky.
I have never heard of a memorial for Ernest Evans, but if Google works, I can find it.
It is weird to have a friend of ones own age or ever much younger die. One of my friends died of kidney cancer at age 30 long ago. I still think of him when I see his daughter and her kids.
