So I've refilled the shot bottle with #8 shot and am in process of screwing it back on my Mec reloader. all of a sudden the little red push cap pops out and several pounds of #8 shot goes everywhere. all over the dining room table, off the table and onto the floor, ugh! those little pellets bounce quite a bit too making it sound even worse. My wife in the next room asks if I've done something worthy of murder. she's heard that sound before but never on such a large scale.

So after spilling even more on the floor while cleaning up I used the hand vac to get in the table crevices. I shut it off and what happens? bunch of shot falls out.

ugh.

I'll get the floor vac.

lots of noise tells me I'm getting a bunch off the kitchen floor. it's a wood floor. so I'm not gonna make the same mistake I made with the hand vac by turning it off and having all that shot just fall back out the intake tube. I very smartly leave it running while I lift it up in an attempt to turn it upside down.

well this turned the vacuum into a shotgun of sorts as it sprayed dozens of pellets all over the kitchen counters and cabinets. yep quite a few pellets were still bouncing around in there when I lifted it off the floor.

sometimes you win and sometimes you're a dumbass.
