I bought a Lund tonneau cover for my F150 four years ago off Amazon. From day one it didn’t really fit, but I needed to use it the next day for a week long trip. It always bothered me, but I had other worries.
So, yesterday, I was thinking about it and sent Lund an email with my concerns and pictures, thinking it’s a waste of time. But you never know...
I just got a reply that they are sending me a new tarp to use with my old hardware.
I think that’s great customer service!
