eBay has a slew of intercoolers that cost $100-150. If you can fab your own mounts and piping, you’re golden.
Only major expense I foresee is headers and wastegate. Again though, if you can fab, you can convert long tune headers into turbo headers for cheap. eBay sells T3 and T4 flanges for around $50. Tubing is peanuts too.

Agreed, however I was going to say on a 3.0L- biggest single exercise of the whole job will be the efi/ecu conversion? 930 headers etc can usually be found for not much $$
