Ricardo,
There will be other suggestions, but this is how I setup my ITBs on my 3.6 and it all works fine except IACV, which I have found that I don't need anyway!
1. Inlet air temp sensor is mounted on a bracket that also supports the fuel regulator and is situated above the engine near the throttle bell crank. There is so much air passing through the engine bay that it really doesn't matter where you put it as long as air passes over it.
2.1. My brake booster takes its vacuum from six 6mm ports and works fine.
2.2. I am using the original one way valve with no additional vacuum tank except for the small box that acts as a manifold. It works fine.
2.3. My ITBs each have two 3mm vacuum ports, so I used one set of six for idle control and the other set for vacuum to my ECU (MS3X) and fuel pressure regulator.
I never managed to get the IACV working properly with MS3X, so it is disabled and not used. For reference, when I disconnect the hoses from the IACV, revs rise to about 1500.
2.4. Do you need a working IACV? I don't. I don't have a/c and I don't live in a cold place. Engine always starts OK, but idles a bit low for the first minute or so (4-500rpm).
3. I am using an aftermarket FPR with a pressure gauge (useful), but only because the original one wasn't working. It still has a connection for each fuel rail.
I hope this helps.

Numbers = hose size.
