I was having a problem with my insurance broker once trying to get a COI. I ended up finding out who the CEO was and sending him an email. I got a response right away.

You can usually find out who the CEO is by doing some snooping on the Internet. It may be listed right on the business website - along with contact info.

It may sound like a last resort but better than waiting around forever.
