had a 99 C2. Issue to investigate are in no particular order.
IMS (cars that have been driven seem to have fewer issues)
Rear main seal
coolant expansion tank
timing chain
Seat belt interlock (warning light issue)
Otherwise the car was pretty good. Did a fair amount of DE in it
